The assessment cannot be started

  • If the assessment cannot be started by members, the most typical issue is that the candidate is created manually, and so you would have to wait for the candidate to approve the information about them being registered. As a user you can also confirm manually on behalf of candidate by going to the candidate profile under Personal Info and Confirm the application.
  • Also make sure that the assessment period set in the project is within the date when user would like to start.
